I was wondering how words got meaning and meanings got words. I have heard people use the word MINDFULLNESS and wondered what it meant… so I read and red… and figured out the heard and herd of it for MYself.

Your MIND is a sum total of everything you were you are and you will ever be.Your Thoughts Emotions Actions are your FUEL is the that with which the your MIND experiments and experiences the outcomes of Thoughts Emotions Actions and combinations of Thoughts impact on emotions etc etc. NESS is the state : condition : quality : degree of your Mind & Fuel reactions & responses. What a fantastic way to understand the Wholly Trinity SELF!

Most people read it as ONE word, because that is the way it is written… March On encourages you to begin to read the three words Mind-Fuel-Ness and with the word FUEL write down the T.E.A (Thoughts Emotions Actions) of association. influence. impact. You will begin to practice true mindfulness in a way that assists you grow into the Best/Blessed version of your Highest Self. The self created in the Image & Likeness of the Creator.

This is a month to March On to the beat of your Heart and know that you will experience Mindfulness in a way that is unique to your own Soul-Body path and the more authentic your practice the greater influence your practice has on the collective.
