7 steps that you choose to HEAL emotions!

Emotions are the most understimated yet, the single most powerful medicine.

It is important to understand, that on the way from the Masculine to Feminine Dominion… the KEY to the transition… is EMOTIONS. Over the last 12 months… every EMOTION has had the time and demanded to be felt. One of the KEY emotions that came up for review is the SELF.

A lot of people’s lives have been twisted and turned by choices made and changes denied. It is time to re:verse or You’n’I Verse the changes and accept the changes that are now being made for you instead of by you.

The FEMININE domain and dominion is EMOTIONS the non-physical contribution to sustaining the Physical… the Masculine Dominion and Domain. Counting and keeping account is a MASCULINE thing and as part of the Transition.. the Feminine energy allows her SELF to assist the MASCULINE by causing all emotions to be healed using numbers… one of the reasons why KNEWMEROLOGY is key to begin with on this journey.

  1. Conscious Breathing technique for Balancing masculine and feminine energy: Inhale : Focus on Love. Exhale: Focus on Gratitude.
  2. Breathing technique to FOCUS on your HEART: Inhale : Masculine. Exhale Feminine: While doing this listen to your heartbeat.
  3. Write the EMOTION on the top of a page and keep asking the EMOTION… You remind me of? Once you have 10 points… read it one out loud to your self… and doodle over the memory till you notice you aren’t still doodling. Sometimes all “ANY EMOTION” needs … is ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and so… dissolves.
  4. Breathe using the number 29 to heal choices and allow changes
  5. Breathe with the number 28 if you catch yourself MOURNING over a LOSS.
  6. Make notes or Write notes to emotions that you FEEL most regularly… these emotions are often demanding to be released to make space for BETTER thoughts and emotions.
  7. Affirm “I create space for me to experience ___________ with and in Love and Gratitude.
