For a few days, I have noticed a DRAMATIC shift in my sleep patterns and what is interesting that I can “SLEEP” easily, using breathing techniques, that ISSUE, is this SLEEP is like a BABY… a thought breathing loudly around me… can wake me up…. HOW MANY OF YOU JUST SMILED?
When the season is changing or the timelines of the earth shift, the first thing that does get impacted is “SLEEP PATTERNS” and that is because… the PHYSICAL cannot rest when the ENERGY shifts are occuring SPECIALLY if you’re more Feminine energy centered than Masculine. Also, there are a lot of Masculine Energy centered people that also feel “Sleep Challenged” because of “To Do and Must Get Done” lists.
SLEEP in the months to come… will be MOST NEEDED for the transition from the OLD MASCULINE way of life, to the NEW FEMININE way of LIFE Bodies, are going to demand 12hr sleep cycles to fully UPGRADE for what is to COME….
…. in still easier words…

I personally like to use the “Inhale Love and Exhale Gratitude” 7 count inhale and 6 count exale. I also enjoy the 678 count Inhale Gratitude Hold Love Exhale Presence (yes you should read the significance of Numbers for you to enjoy these techniques even more. Personalise them using your birthday number as the beginning or the end.
The other method to INDUCE sleep is to PRAY… with your EYES closed, listening (if you can to your-self breathing) ,,, tune into the frequency of your HEART beat… to focus. I know more people who pray with they EYES open and HEARTS shut… sorry for the PURE SARCASM… but that is also TRUE.
Since, sleep is FEMININE ENERGY, you may want to remind your-self that you need to THINK GOOD THOUGHTS… when you decide you want to sleep… and smile when you close you eyes… it is CONTAGIOUS.
