How many times do you notice yourself… thinking a thought… and suddenly… breathing out… in a huge exhale. There are moments when you take a “knowing” deep breath… and there are other times when you’re just breathing… and you don’t even notice… the pattern?

Each time you #Think a thought… you are CREATING… if you knew so, would you not want to make a little extra effort to stay with the THOUGHT… you want to BECOME the Concept/Person/Personality of?

By The same logic:

Each time you identify an Emotion and the emotion causes you to “FEEL” … blessed and abundant and confident and joyful… would you not want to LIVE that emotion everyday?

Each time you ACTION or take a TINY step, consciously or knowingly or deliberately in Direct.Action or Direction, of the THOUGHT you want to BECOME and the EMOTION your want to LIVE… Don’t you “see” … Signs… “feel” Confident and continue to take tiny steps … towards it?
