Every emotion is a gift when channeled with Love… you awaken to Gratitude within it… and when you awaken to Gratitude… you SEE the TRIPPLE effect emerge.

What is the TRIPPLE effect of Gratitude?

First… you need to FoCUs on Gratitude is WHY. Why every emotion seeks to be FELT… focus on the word FELT… not ACTED UPON… you need to make time to COGNISE the EMOTION…  and that begins with ASKinG your-self… “Why am I feeling this way?” and Pause… go about doing what you’re doing… allow the question to BREATHE with you and within you.

Breathe with the question… breathe into the question… Count your Breath… I find it the most effective way to begin working with LiFe FoCUs… counting the breath … creates focus… I count 1 breathing in and 2 breathing out… and the fun part… is… well… won’t tell ye, try it and you’ll most probably come back with a personal experience… and that will be your HOOK to keep at it.

Here is the TRIPPLE (Trinity.Ripple) effect… When you are in the Pause and Gratitude is the PAUSE… here’s all that is ADDED UNTO YOU

Love & Gratitude is LiGhT of Who

Power Gratitude… is the WHAT WHEN WHERE

… and this TRIPPLE effect or the Trinity.Ripple effect… is the LiGhT way of LiFe!

You will never be the same one the EXPERIENCE kicks in… it’s the Know.Allow.Accept.Manifest… journey of being in the TRIPPLE effect, that is the beginning… of the journey!

I’ve been on this journey for over 11 years now… consciously… and 20 years back I took my FIRST STEP… and since when have I known I am here for more than just the ride… well… I was all of 2! ha ha… so the journey has been for most parts of the 41 years I’ve been on Earth…. not all HAPPY but each UNHAPPY that I have worked with In Gratitude and With Gratitude… has taught me to SAVE the “Best”… it LASTS!

Today, I encourage you… it is the 12 (1 (Unmanifest.Feminine) 2(Manifest.Masculine)) = 3 (Union.WeAction)… to rest… to rest means to evoke PATIENCE… and BREATHE… Love takes HIS place as WHO … to Match with Faith taking her Place as HOW… yesterday… so, you’ll need to give LOVE both the space and time of today… to begin working within you and with Faith you’ve chosen… and meet the dreams you’ve still loaded in the UnManifest… to embrace LOVE and begin their journey from the UnManifest into the Manifest.

LiGhT (Love.increases.Gratitude.heals.Tangibles) … way of LiFe!

When the WHO is healed… it will have a deep impact on all relationships internally and externally… WeCognise… is in WeAction and you are the GIFT being unwrapped!

When Love leads the TANGIBLE experiences… taking the place of WHO… you will meet the right people and be in the right place at the right time… and if you’re not … then they aren’t the right people, it isn’t the right place yet and there is still time… and so… let LOVE be your PATIENCE… and you can be a PATIENT … ha ha… let LOVE be the doctor!!
