Responsibility begins with your Heart … Rest in Faith! Amen

Take time today to listen to your HEART… Beat today.

It’s the 11th day of this month… so FoCUs your attention on counting your blessings… I hear you… I understand that you are going through, what you think is a period of PAIN and HURT… and that you’re wondering what you can COUNT on as a BLESSING… here’s my advice… “Every breath you take is a blessing”… so, if you feel low… count your breath… Count em… and allow your-self to FoCUs on the pattern… think a thought… about Love and how you understand it… now check back with your breath… has the pattern changed?

A change in breathing pattern, indicates, that your BREATH does not “Feel” love … if it does (717) you’ll notice a calming relaxed breathing pattern… and in this way… you’ll KNOW it is LOVE!

Love begins with the Heart… filters through the Mind… expresses itself through your BODY and ripples through your SOLES… ha ha… not a spelling mistake… Love leads you 2 (Manifest) itself… from the UnManifest (1) and the WeAction (3) is For (4/Power)  to affirm your Faith (Faith in Love) and that leads to Gratitude (6) and Returns to Love (7).

This is a big week… as the Transition… from ReAction to WeAction continues to make HeadLines… there is also the transition from ReCognise to WeCognise… that is lead by Love & Gratitude… we know now as LiGht and Power &Faith in Action and Love and Faith in LiFe… Gratitude, continues to be her-self… “Pause”… allowing all the Thought.Emotion.Action to #RaiseTheWhy!

FoCUs on the word RESPONSIBILITY… allow your heart to speak to you and through you about the vibrational changes… that are occurring… and go with “Counting your Blessings”… have already shared HOW… now the CHOICE you make… is the journey YOU choose!
