Prayer is the most important conversation you will ever have with your-self. Prayer is Feminine energy, pure emotion… what you EXPRESS in PRAYER… is the Masculine… and so… the Union of the Two (Masculine & Feminine) creates “Alchemy” (3)!

You can pray… the point is FoCUs:

• When you PRAY… close your eyes and ask that your heart be open
• Pray because you CHOOSE to… not because you HAVE TO (Simple… your Mind is like a child)
• Choose to Pray … including the vibrations of “My Heart”, “My Mind”, “My Body”, “My Soul”
• Use the words “Presence & Choice” as part of your Prayer Communication
• Ask for “Power.Faith.Gratitude.Love” to lead your path
• Pray about your How
• Pray about your Why
• Pray about your Who
• Pray about your What When Where
• Let your prayer be about your Dreams and Dreams you’ve been given
• Release emotions in prayer… speak about STRONG words you FEEL… Hate, Disappointments… well every emotion you can think of that causes your heart to “feel” small or rejected or abandoned or manipulated
• In Prayer SUMMON that which you COULD be grateful for… What you’re being grateful for… and what you would like to be grateful for… Remember #GratitudeIsWhy #RaiseTheWhy

I could go on with this post… the most important transition and transformation occurs when you Pray… It’s a magical experience.

Ground your Masculine (Physical) and Feminine (Emotion) … Remember CLOSE your EYES… Imagine your-self, in the presence of Sacred Darkness of the WOMB surrounded by WATER… that is the most child-like experience ever… When you were transitioning from Soul to Body in your Mother’s Physical Womb… You saw NOTHING felt every.thing… now that you’re out of there… you see everything and feel nothing… a lot of times.

Prayer is WOMB time… make it sacred… allow yourself to feel every.thing deeply in prayer… CLOSE YOUR EYES… As I remind you… so I am reminded too!!
