222, 223, 226, 227, 0602… and this is it… the Protocol Changes… and so shall YOU!

Pentecost Sunday… a huge release of “Choice” … Of Heart, Of Mind, Of Body and today… Of Soul.

There is a huge emphasis on Communication and Reconciliation… Today we have two influences 2 (He.Power/Physical.Destiny/Masculine) 1 (She.Gratitude/Emotion.DNA/Feminine) = 3 (Faith.Us) or Faith “IN” Us in addition to this… we have the Monday “Gratitude” vibration… and remember… “Gratitude is Why and Gratitude is My”… also… along with (I’ll borrow it from Bishop Michael Curry’s preaching at Harry & Megan’s wedding on Saturday… the eve of Pentecost Sunday) “Redemptive Fire of Love”… the essence of the change in protocol from external to internal healing… Healing of Heart Body Mind and Soul into “My” as the masculine continues to help the Feminine make Logic.ALL sense of the many Thoughts.Emotions.Actions.Manifests that have kept the Feminine from her union in him.

Speaking about our deepest feelings is a GIFT we give our emotions. Each time, even ONE of Us, allows an emotion to heal… the healed emotion, through Us… ripples the healed version and vision and becomes available for ALL to breathe… the power of ONE positive conversation.

there are two methods… ONE WORD… Confession.

Sometimes, when you’re speaking… a thought… surfaces… and makes you realise “it exists” and needs your “attention”… something “clicks” and the healing begins. Speaking to a person you can trust, is healing, because, in the flow of conversation, it is a given that your emotions, will speak out… whether in tone. Communication is a form of Confession… and the deepest purpose is to release … Thought.Emotion.Action.Manifest. Once spoken, the energy blocks are opened and your body begins to heal… your heart relaxes and your mind begins to open to “Knew/New”.

the second and the method, I personally am a huge fan of is “writing on rough pages”… with as much honesty as I can muster up… and then I tear these papers as a sign of completion… I tear these pages… knowing… the healing is complete and I can move on to the next part of our story.

Confessions… are the deep parts of our emotions, that have shaped us….

My Favourite confession… in Potta… way back in 1999… ha ha… yes the month of May… feels like another beautiful anniversary… 21 days into this month… and it looks like “May shapes my journey”

Today I celebrate another step taken another healing… this time… healing with the Masculine is so much fun… I see… both sides of the “Moment” and the healing occurs… I would encourage all of you … to try the healing confession method.

“My Mind” retreats today to be healed of the many moments she has HELD back and HELD up… Love.Increases.Gratitude.Heals.Tangibles… As my mind heals… my body celebrates as does my heart and my soul… quite a t.e.a.m they are and I am grateful for the healing and all that is now available for me to include in my LiFe!
