In the same breath, when I have a list of “Buy”, I notice, I exhale… like I allow the things I seek to find me…. so, I reach a store, find what I am look.in.g for and pick it up… pay for it and the transaction is complete. The Emotion I feel comes from Us… “Thing finding I I finding Thing” … complete.
