4 words and many many perspectives and experiences, to think that you’ll be able to survive without giving them meaning… well, is like saying I’ll live but without breathing for a couple of days.

Emotions are like breathing, you must practice Inhale.Hold.Exhale to release them, you cannot ignore them, even if you’re unaware of the word that describes it so.

One of the ways I am LEARNinG to FeEl emotion, is … writInG. It became evident to me, that most emotions I’ve experienced are born of “BORROWED” perspectives… “When the family is happy I am happy”… so I spent years living their emotions, then one day, I had an emotion…  that was my moment of truth… I didn’t know the emotion as me or that it was my emotion and the others around me… experienced my emotion for the first time and knew not how to respond… they used my words with me… just the words. Get my point? No body was interested in what I felt … they just felt like, HOW can she have an emotion that is not about me or my situation or my life. This has to do with her… not me… and so… back off… till she is in control of her emotions. Worse still, they did to me what I never did to them… LEAVE ME ALONE… and in that moment, I knew… what I now practically breathe.

I turned WITHin more consciously. Not because, they rejected me… but because I finally found IN ME all the emotional support I have given, was first meant for me… and since I wasn’t aware of “ME”… I wasn’t aware of the Power, I had… giving can do this to you… not receiving from the outSIDE a bless.in.G in disguise/this.guise really.

Emotions, are the PERSONALITY of the PERSON or MEANING of each WORD! And tone can tell you if you are channeling the Masculine or Feminine energy associated with the Emotion. It is often, that you will be.come aware, that you tend to use tried and tested emotions, with new vocabulary comes new experiences of both the written and spoken WORD!

Every single time you FeEl, you are living an emotion and this emotion is creating a story of the evolution of energy. It is time to speak of emotions from a perspective of Power.Love.Faith.Gratitude, that you may experience the impact of a LEAD story or the Foundation of your emotions in a WORD that is expansive.

A lot of people get through life, without even understanding that they are emoting with each breath and their thoughts, even though, pretty individual are impacting the evolution of the emotion of the planet.
