Love the way my heart speaks to me… it is going all out to teach me the transitions from the Old Paradigm to the Now! He (Heart.Expression) calls this “Becoming Us” the Journey!

We come to a point, where, for some reason, THINGS DON’T GO AS PER PLAN! Even though, you set out feeling sure, you return still feeling CONFIDENT… yet, nothing seems to have happened. You feel this deep sense of “Enough” and truly, it is!

Heart.Expression or HE energy, is Masculine… speaks in a SENTENCE sometimes a WORD… and everything seems to FEEL Balanced… Then there is Spiritual.Heart.Expansion or SHE energy, which is Feminine… speaks in SENTENCES, sometimes SILENCE. Welcome to the beautiful UNION of these two LIFE-FORCES… the SACRED HEART OF EXPERIENCES!

Somedays, experiences CHOOSE you and CHANGE you… on other days YOU choose experiences and change yourself! Experience is like a CHILD, you can only LEARN and continue learning… one expression, one expansion of the expression at a time.

Being Us, requires being, CHILD-LIKE… allowing ONE expression to speak Emotion and One ACTION to be the expansion of the expression and well, as an adult, all you’re called to do is experience the CHILD and you’ll truly KNOW both the Expression and the Expansion.

I spent a date with my niece today… and may I add… I learnt… I use too many expressions and emotions… ha ha… She cried, when she was hungry, cried when she wanted to be picked up… emoted when I was speaking to her… and chose NOT to do anything… when I put on the camera to capture her… Awesomeness!

Her CHOICES continued to CHANGE my Actions… and my focus was to continually to check with her CHOICE of Emotion to balance my Actions… the JOY… learning from a 4 month old… children truly are my CHOICE of teacher if there is anything meant to CHANGE!

Becoming Us… is 12 days old today… Choices.Changes… and here I am “I do NOT KNOW, what lies ahead…  the WAY or WHY or HOW… I do not KNOW… yet ONE stands near to BE my GUIDE… HE-(heart.expression) will show the way (Spiritual.Heart.Expansion) to ME (Sacred.Heart.Experience)”
