Music, Lyrics… are choices we make to connect with the Rhythm of the eternal vibration, frequency, alignment. I have been noticing, there are lyrics that stand out and are like place holders… my heart has been tuning into… like my heart tells me… to notice my own heartbeat… and my thoughts take flight with words.

While listening… we tune in to the frequency… while singing we raise our own heartbeat to match the frequency and join in … Its like… when you sing you praise twice!! I remember, growing up with opportunities to sing commercially… yet, for some strange reason, it never clicked… I could not emote correctly or maybe as I see it now… I was never… meant to! Each time though, I sang in church… I felt every note and lyric, often, landing up doing a version, that came spontaneously and came from the HEART… like my heart… reached church so my voice could join in… and raise the praise… the only way  my heart KNEW best… when we’re in Church!

What if… Prayer… is truly… a gift of a two way communication with the Eternal… you listen to your heart and speak it out loud or sing it! What if… a praying wasn’t ever about listening to the voices outside of you… but listening to the inner voice and allowing your inner voice to become the Presence and Choice of your Being Us!

Power is Us… says my heart… and Gratitude is Us… is the frequency of T.i.ME, Alchemy, Anointing, Faith, Power, Love and Gratitude… or the Union energy of Heart.Expression and Spiritual.Heart.Expansion.

Choices.Changes… Just linking this piece with the songs that my heart seems to swell around… “A Dream is a WISH your HEART Makes”, I’ll be back to love you again, I surrender all… and now…

I wonder if there is some-thing I am missing… or someone who I am missing out vibrating with… there is someone… my heart just brought into FOCUS… and I cannot HELP… feeling Love… time to sit with my Emotions and transition… and trust in the transition.
