You have to understand the real shift occurs first in the Heart, when you resist the shift, it affects your heartbeat. When the heartbeats, suffer, so does the body. Do what NEEDS to be done, to focus your attention on your heart. Speak forth, release pent up emotion with Love. Emotions choosing today to Embrace Love, gives the heart permission to release the emotion, love connects with the heartbeat. This is beautiful, Divine Intervention at its best. The feelings you had yesterday, the emotions you had yesterday, shall dissolve into love and replace the emotion with Love. Eternal and Unconditional Love.

The “pause” embraces “Action”, is activated, with all Love based Emotion. Emotions feel Love and this is the gift, your heart will both receive and reflect, this is the essence of “being us” eternal!  So, before the Heart.Expression and Spiritual.Heart.Expansion, can begin to show up.
