I am beginning to understand, that when you yield to heart guidance… something definitely changes, your heart, helps you see things as they are, not through emotion. A lot of times, you come across as emotion-less, however, the truth is, your heart, knows best, feels the emotion and uses it wisely.

Conversations shift, the heart, reveals the paradox of a situation, you most certainly, don’t go with the emotion of a conversation, the heart, highlights, exactly what you do need to keep and what you can choose to let go.

Today, I experienced, a sense of “allow your heart” and I can tell you, today, wasn’t an easy day, yet, I did notice the objective, for the actions was to simply BE, present in the moment and notice the synchronicity of the moment.
