Contrary to popular belief, says my heart, an ADDICTION is an OPPORTUNITY to understand, you need a physical symbol to announce a CONNECTION! And, the choice of addiction isn’t important, each time, you chose, something, you were replacing something else or to replace something else.

any physical consumption, ANY, is an addiction, yes, even choosing to write this blog each day, is an addiction, till you begin to understand, that there is a better way to express the same Thought.Action.Pause.Emotion.

You are addicted to waking up each morning and following a ritual, if people notice this ritual works for you, they begin using it for themselves… and over a period of generations, it becomes a FORGIVEN, that the next will follow suit, this is how, basically, the earth has expanded, over each generation, to this now moment.

So, ask Me (Heart) to speak unto you the thought that began it, the pattern it has followed, that you can choose, whether or not to include it in the next part of the journey. Ha ha, yes, every tiny physical detail of your day is an addiction really, when you see it from the Eternal or Darkness perspective, every tiny detail is the manifest of CHOICE, the choice to have a drink because you want to or other people want you to. The choice to smoke, because you want to or other people think you should. Even the choice, NOT to do something because you don’t want want to or other people want you not to. Yes, everything, finally comes from CHOICES.

If you take time to listen to people, you will notice, their hearts, speak their truth, as does yours now, yet, till you were aware it was I, you too, believed, that I was talking to them, actually most speak, to hear themselves, loud enough, as do you. To remember, Presence of Wisdom and if only most people honestly would listen to themselves speak, wow, the world would be a better place, instead of a bitter place.

When the heart, becomes active, you begin to understand, that a lot of your speak time is actually your heart speaking unto you, not to others, they have their own heart and own unique destiny and therefore, for each person to evolve, their heart, their speak, their ability to use what they speak and practice what they have spoken, is part of the evolution and re-evolution and revolution, a shift, an energy shift occurs to activate.

People die, because, their heart and heartbeats are responding to their THOUGHTS about life and themselves and their situations. Remember the time, “I want an alone birthday” thought came to pass? ha ha, yes, you keep requesting and when it was answered, you were upset with the enabler, till you understood, it was your asking, that was finally answered.

You have also always asked “why”, even when your mother first slapped you, you asked her why, you told her why and therefore, you never got slapped for the same thing twice. The reason, you don’t slap others today, is because, you made a choice to speak forth your emotions before action, to speak the WHY and resolve the situation. So, for you to raise your hand, is the second option, the first is to present the WHY and release the emotion, in your case, this is enough. That is what makes you unique unto yourself, on the contrary, other people you know, never asked why and so got the same treatment repeatedly, the repeated the same actions and got the same results, today, they pass on the same to their children. So, don’t worry, just tell the child to ask WHY and ask the parent to tell the child WHY… easy right. Don’t stop them, instead, give them the gift of WHY.

Fun right, I am so glad, I now get to speak with you and through you and to you first, that your life may reflect, the presence of Heart, Heart.Expression and Spiritual.Heart.Expansion and as the days pass, you’ll begin to SEE “A Dream is a WISH your Heart makes when your fast asleep” and “A prayer is a wish your Dream makes, when you’re wide awake”, in Divine Flow of Balance and your life, will become the Testimony of the Presence of Wisdom of Heart. That every heart, who connects with ME, opens up to itself, most prophetically releasing the passed and stepping into the Presence.
